Reminders

Speed Limit, STOP Signs
The posted speed limit in our community is 25 MPH at all times. Stop signs are posted for the safety of everyone. Please obey them as required by law.

Street Parking Prohibited
Street parking is prohibited at all times in our community. Vehicles parked in our narrow streets are a safety hazard. They also hinder traffic flow, emergency response vehicles, and school buses. Vehicles of owners, residents, and visitors may only be parked in garages and driveways.

Curb Appeal
Please ensure that your sidewalks are regularly edged and weeds removed from the sidewalks and street gutters adjacent to your property, including where the curb meets the street asphalt.

Grass And Shrub Disposal
Disposing of lawn clippings, shrub trimmings, and other debris in the lake, in the common areas, and on or near the dam is strictly prohibited.

Dogs On Leash
Keep your dog leashed at all times within the community. Clean up after your pet. It's the law. It's unhealthy, unsightly, and disgusting not to do so. Cleaning up after your dog is a common courtesy to others. Your cleanup actions set an example for others and will encourage them to follow your lead.
